Vastek Partnership Philosophy

A competing supplier received a call from a shared customer needing an immediate delivery. Because all of their trucks were out, our competitor was unable to make this delivery, resulting in a shutdown situation for the customer.

In desperation, the customer called us asking if we could provide transportation for our competitor’s product to avoid the shutdown. Without hesitation, the delivery was made at no charge to the competitor, or the customer.

Vastek Service Philosophy

Late on a Friday afternoon, a customer realized they had run out of printed panels needed for a critical Tuesday shipment.

The customer called hoping we could help if they brought their parts to us right away. Doing whatever it took to meet their schedule for an on-time delivery, we managed to complete and deliver the parts on Monday, allowing the customer enough time to assemble and meet their Tuesday ship date.

The customer was surprised, appreciative and... relieved!
